CARRIER & NETWORK TOOL

Check if your phone is compatible

Check phone compatibility by device, country and carrier, including 5G and LTE bands, SIM support and regional model differences.

Check a phone and regional model

Choose the exact device, market, regional model and carrier. Unknown evidence never becomes a green check.

Select the model number printed in Settings, on the box or on the SIM tray. Choose “I don’t know” to keep the result fail-closed.

Only official-source facts, scoped regional records and carrier evidence are used.

READY TO CHECK

Choose your phone, country, model and carrier.

No compatibility claim is made until you run the check.

What phone compatibility means

A phone is compatible only when its exact regional model supports the network technology and required frequency bands used by a carrier. A phone name alone is not enough because U.S., Canadian and international variants can differ.

What we check

TePhone checks the device record, country, carrier, regional model number, 5G and LTE evidence, and eSIM or physical SIM support. When structured carrier requirements are missing, the result stays partial or Unknown.

5G compatibility

“5G” is not one universal band. Sub-6 GHz and mmWave support vary by model and carrier, so a general 5G label cannot prove complete compatibility.

LTE compatibility

LTE remains important for coverage and voice fallback. Supported device bands must overlap the carrier’s required LTE bands for a confident result.

Carrier compatibility

Carriers may also require certification, VoLTE support or an approved model identifier. TePhone separates verified radio capability from carrier approval.

eSIM and physical SIM

SIM configuration can change by country. The result shows whether eSIM and a physical SIM are verified for the selected regional variant.

Regional model differences

Always compare the model number on the phone or packaging with the model shown in the result. An imported phone may have different bands or SIM behavior.

How to check your phone

  1. Select the exact phone model.
  2. Select the country where it will be used.
  3. Select the exact regional model, or choose “I don’t know”.
  4. Select the carrier.
  5. Review Why, Evidence and Unknown fields.
